In this real world, life is hard sometimes...
Whenever many things happen in our mind,
Be quiet for a moment and think one at a time.
Don't try hard to think and do all at once!

When we are sad, think about the joy
That God has given you to be His children.
We have the choice to do things with freedom
In His Will that He's planned every moment!

Have our life been so focused on activities
That we don't even take time to think justly?
Let's meditate on things that are true, noble,
Just, pure, lovely, and of good report! (*)

Practicing it with our families and friends
Could open the ways of discovery for helping others,
Serving God, living justly for Him,
And turning our lives to Heavenly Theme!

If we don't think right, how can we do right?
In everything we should begin with kindness.
We must pray God day and night
To help us think positively and right!

whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report,
if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy--meditate on these things." Philippians 4:8
